When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the following personal information:

Personal information is collected directly from you when you voluntarily complete and submit the contact form on this website. Submission of the form is entirely optional.
We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit this website, including your IP address and browser type, through Google reCAPTCHA (see Section 7 below). This data is collected and processed by Google and is not stored by MH Marketing.
4. Why we collect your information
We collect and process your personal information for the following purposes:

We retain personal information submitted via the contact form for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, whichever is the shorter.
Where an enquiry results in an ongoing client relationship, we may retain relevant information for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.
Form submissions are stored in our website’s database (hosted on our WordPress installation). We take reasonable steps to ensure this data is secured.
7. Google reCAPTCHA
This website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google LLC.
When you interact with or submit the contact form, Google reCAPTCHA collects information about your interaction with the website, including your IP address, browser type, cookies, and behavioural data. This information is sent to and processed by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
MH Marketing does not have access to, control over, or responsibility for the data collected by Google reCAPTCHA. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge and accept Google’s data collection practices as described in their policies.
Cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies on your device as part of its fraud prevention and security assessment process. These cookies are set by Google, not by MH Marketing. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of the contact form.
8. Who we share your information with
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Email delivery: Your submitted information is sent to MH Marketing via email. Our email service provider may process your data as part of this delivery
- Google reCAPTCHA: As described in Section 7 above
- WordPress and Elementor: Our website is built on WordPress using the Elementor plugin, which stores form submissions in our website database. These are hosted on a South African or international hosting provider. We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of stored data
- Legal obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request
9. Your rights under POPIA
As a data subject under POPIA, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Right to correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Right to deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
- Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal information on reasonable grounds
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal

11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our server.
While we take the security of your information seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you and the relevant authorities in the event of a data breach where required by law.
